The Crans-Montana Clinic, nestled in the heart of the Valais Alps, is a hospital site of the HUG. Its hospital missions consist of caring for patients for rehabilitation in general internal and psychosomatic medicine, polyvalent post-operative or post-hospitalization rehabilitation in an acute setting. The Crans-Montana Clinic holds FMH recognition for general internal medicine and trains internal medicine doctors. It develops academic research projects in connection with the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Geneva.
Job Description
At the heart of a passionate and multidisciplinary care team, you become a true driving force in the rehabilitation journey of patients. Every day, you create a caring and safe environment by supporting patients in their daily activities and maintaining attentive, reassuring, and respectful communication. Under the supervision of nursing staff, you play a key role in the quality of the patient experience and the smoothness of teamwork, thanks to clear and rigorous information sharing.
Your expertise allows you to independently perform essential medico-technical acts such as taking blood pressure, preparing treatments, dressing wounds, injections, and sampling. You also actively contribute to the smooth operation of your unit by ensuring the maintenance of equipment and participating in logistical and administrative tasks. Your presence ensures quality service, solid organization, and a care dynamic truly centered on the patient.
Qualifications
You hold a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an assistant in community health and care and want to put your skills to work in an environment that values both professionalism and humanity. If you have a certificate as a company trainer, it is a real asset; and if you wish to develop it, we will gladly support you in this process.
You are recognized for your commitment, mastery of technical skills, and natural ability to establish a climate of trust with patients as well as with your colleagues.
You are an organized, responsive person with a true team spirit; you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where mutual support and collaboration are central.
