For our Napapijri team at Napapijri Landquart Fashion Outlet, we are looking for an enthusiastic salesperson.  

As a salesperson, you inspire our customers, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure that our sales floor meets the highest standards.

About the position     

Our salespeople have the great opportunity to develop their full potential with us. Because with us, you support an international company and are empowered to take responsibility at the store level.  

You make the difference 

We expect our salespeople to provide an unforgettable shopping experience by doing the following:   

• Delivering first-class customer service and thereby ensuring respectful interaction with all customers

• Being thoroughly knowledgeable about the products offered in the store

• Maintaining merchandising standards according to brand guidelines

• Always being up to date on the latest trends and the current positioning of the brand within the market

• Complying with all operational processes in the store and stockroom.   

What makes you the perfect salesperson?   

• You love direct customer contact. With your hands-on mentality, enthusiasm, and passion for creating a fantastic customer experience, you lead by example for the rest of the team. 

• You have a positive, proactive attitude and tackle every situation in the store

• You have a passion for our brand, fashion, and retail in general

• You possess excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English 

• You are flexible and willing to work weekends, holidays, and evenings if needed

Experience is great but not required. We value that you live and demonstrate our principles: Live responsibly, act courageously and empathetically, be curious, and stay resilient.
