The Bruggwiesen Retirement and Nursing Center in Effretikon offers a home to around 165 people in the third and fourth phases of life. We accompany and support the residents with respect for their individuality, life experience, and abilities. In this exciting job
- You steer and organize the learning process and implement vocational training in close cooperation with the training manager
- You accompany, promote, and enable the apprentices and students professionally and pedagogically in the health professions (Nursing HF, FAGE, and AGS) in the department
- You design the individual learning processes
- You professionally implement the educational mandate in the department according to the training concept
- You have 1 full training day (8.24h) per apprentice per month available for learning process support
- You succeed in providing professional and life-world-oriented care and support to the residents within a person-centered approach and involving relatives
- You record, control, and evaluate the entire care process of our residents using electronic care documentation (WiCare). Service recording is done with BESA
What you bring
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF
- Completed SVEB 1 further education or willingness to complete it
- Experience in vocational training or learning support
- Enjoyment in working with adolescent and adult learners/students
- Experience, interest, and expertise in geriatric and gerontopsychiatric care
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
