- As the main contact person for our clients regarding automotive claims, you consistently put their satisfaction at the heart of your concerns by proactively responding to their needs and keeping them informed of decisions made about their files
- You manage vehicle insurance claims (liability, comprehensive) independently and purposefully, clarifying facts and accurately assessing coverage and liability issues
- You verify and settle all claims fairly and efficiently, ensuring equitable treatment for each case
- Thanks to your excellent communication skills, you interact by phone and in writing with policyholders, injured parties, lawyers, and other insurance companies, always focusing on quality customer service

Your skills and talents
- You hold a commercial or equivalent qualification (ideally in the insurance sector)
- Experience in claims handling or underwriting in automotive insurance would be a valuable asset
- You have good communication and negotiation skills and ideally are comfortable with multilingual exchanges
- You enjoy customer contact and are determined to find the best possible solutions
- You see change as an opportunity for growth
- You demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in dynamic environments and remain calm under high pressure
