Head of Regional Center 100% (m/f)

Are you passionate about agricultural technology and modern machines? Then help us shape the future of agriculture: You lead your team, inspire customers with innovative solutions, and successfully implement the company strategy in your sales area.

• Responsibility for implementing the company strategy in the assigned area
• Compliance with and implementation of annual goals and the agreed annual budget
• Leadership, promotion, and development of employees in professional and personal areas
• Sales of the entire agricultural technology range and accessories in the assigned sales area
• Implementation of the specified market and business management goals and the resulting measures
• Consultation and support of customers as well as active acquisition of new customers
• Responsibility for the equipment of the regional center in cooperation with the head of building services of Robert Aebi AG

• Basic training in construction, agricultural, forestry machinery, or commercial vehicle sector
• Technical or commercial additional training
• Contact points with agricultural technology required
• Business management thinking and acting, good analytical skills
• Several years of leadership experience, proven assertiveness and implementation skills
• Good communication skills in dealing with internal and external customers
