As a promotion and events trainee, you will support the development, promotion, and event activities of the Foundation, and more specifically of the Olympic Museum.
Main Responsibilities
Promotion
Supports the implementation of all promotional activities for the Olympic Museum on traditional and digital channels for the general public (promotion plans, coordination, production, and reporting);
Monitors the production of print and digital promotional material, checks compliance with the graphic charter, and organizes the distribution of promotional material (proof control, setup, logistical follow-up).
Participates in sales actions on the tourism and leisure market and contributes to customer follow-up;
Supports the Promotion Manager in handling external requests and in the proper administrative functioning of the section;
Event
Provides operational support for cultural events organized by the Cultural Events Project Managers.
Participates in the production of cultural events upstream and on-site during the events
Actively participates in the planning and coordination of the 2025 Olympic Week.
Ensures the planning and coordination of volunteers for the Olympic Week.
Participates in the design and production follow-up of promotional products and content as well as signage material for cultural events.
Our Requirements
University of Applied Sciences education (tourism, hospitality) or in Communication / Marketing;
Native French speaker with excellent knowledge of English. Mastery of German is an asset.
- Ease in communication; fluency and clarity in oral and written expression in French and English.
Proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Teams, and SharePoint);
Comfort working in a team.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and databases.
Speed and reliability.
Sense of organization and planning.
Attention to detail and ability to solve problems pragmatically and independently.
Ability to research, analyze, and format information.
Interest in sport, culture, and Olympism.
Flexibility in working hours and adaptability.
The section's activity requires recording working hours via the clocking and planning process.
Positive attitude, open-mindedness.
