About the job
Your main responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
- Define and lead the global newsletter and Direct Marketing (SMS, WhatsApp, etc.) channel strategy, ensuring alignment with the Central marketing calendar, commercial priorities, and strategic CRM objectives
- Oversee end-to-end development and deployment of global Direct Marketing campaigns, displaying full ownership of global content and editorial calendar, as well as the channel’s segmentation and smart-targeting personalization strategy
- Drive regular campaign and revenue forecasting, leveraging insights and data to identify opportunities to improve channel effectiveness and guide strategic decisions
- Partner with Brand, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, GTM, and local markets to ensure newsletter integration within broader Brand and Commercial strategies
- Lead market alignment with our key market, with local campaign integration and major brand moment alignment within the newsletter channel
- Lead key strategic initiatives within the CRM Customer Activation Team, driving deployment and scaling-up of test use cases and AI usage within processes
- Manage the CRM Activation Team budget, including PO creation, forecasting, and monthly invoice tracking
- Manage CRM activities including communication, documentation, and training
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in in Business Administration / Marketing / Communications or equivalent
- Demonstrated 5+ years of experience in a similar role within an international environment
- Deep knowledge CRM Marketing Automation tools, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing is a strong plus
- Knowledge of global editorial calendar planning, segmentation, smart-targeting and personalization strategies
- Excellent understanding of analysis and data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of driving cross-functional collaboration
- Strong project management abilities, with experience in leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Fluency in English
