Your tasks
- Control, management, and monitoring of inventory
- Goods receipt and dispatch (booking, control, documentation)
- Conducting inventories
- Checking expiration dates of reagents and consumables
- Proper storage and warehousing of reagents and chemicals according to specifications, taking ISO standards into account
- Refrigerator
- Room temperature
- Storage of flammable liquids
- Acceptance and inspection of deliveries
- Archiving of specimens in the pathology laboratory
- Assistance with sample receipt in the IVD laboratory, possibly sample distribution
- Refilling, providing, and proper disposal of reagents and consumables
- Organization and coordination of waste disposal in cooperation with external disposal companies
- Support of the laboratory team in daily business
- Compliance with internal SOPs as well as quality and safety regulations
What you bring
You have completed training as an MPA, medical secretary, basic medical training and enjoy working with different information systems (LIS) and like working in a team. You bring expertise in sample material.
