Your mission within Autogrill
This position is of vital importance for the success of Starbucks
due to the responsibility (together with the Store Manager) for
the efficient and profitable operation of a Starbucks Coffee
House. According to the indicated service hours, the assistant Store
Manager is the primary contact of the store during their
shift. Their responsibility is to ensure that the Starbucks
Experience is offered to all customers at all times, that a high-quality
service is maintained, that employees (partners) are cared for
and qualified, and that the financial contribution
is maximized. The position requires the ability to form
an independent opinion and make decisions during
the daily fulfillment of the duties inherent to this role.
In this position, the employee is responsible for embodying the
leitmotifs of Starbucks and acting accordingly.
- Team supervision in partnership with the manager
- Preparation, production, and sale of products
- Presentation of goods according to visual merchandising specifications
- Continuous optimization of sales activities
- Monitoring the implementation of standards at the point of sale
- Training team leaders and the field team
- High-level service
- Secure management of the cash register and daily accounting
- Control of hygiene and safety (HACCP) requirements and teams
Your profile
- Customer service sense, enthusiasm, and kindness
- Creativity and proactivity
- First professional management experience in system gastronomy
- Ability to work weekends/public holidays
- Good written and spoken French and good spoken English
