For our Volg branch in Aesch, we are looking for a motivated personality as Deputy Store Manager (m/f/d) 80-100% from March 1, 2026 or by arrangement.
You are essentially responsible for the following tasks
- Always fresh and friendly advice and support for our customers
- You support the store management in various work processes
- Ensuring concept-compliant and appealing product presentation
- Ensuring and organizing a regulated daily routine in the sales outlet
- Various administrative tasks
The ideal profile includes
- Training in retail (EFZ), food sector
- At least 2 years of professional experience
- Enjoyment of active customer contact
- Interest in developing leadership skills, we are happy to train you.
- High self- and social competence
