Job description
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to strengthen our Amaris teams located in Biel, Switzerland. You will take part in industrial layout projects and workspace organization.
🔥 Your responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for managing all requests related to furniture arrangements and relocations, ensuring effective responses to the needs of internal teams.
- You will anticipate and validate the availability of plans and the surfaces concerned, thus guaranteeing optimal preparation before any installation operation.
- You will coordinate the different stakeholders – internal clients, service providers, technical teams – to ensure a smooth and seamless process.
- You will supervise the logistics of transfers and deliveries, respecting schedules and defined priorities.
- You will rigorously ensure compliance with safety rules throughout the projects, in line with internal and regulatory standards.
- You will ensure complete follow-up of orders, from issuance to closure, guaranteeing traceability and impeccable administrative management.
🎯 Your Profile:
- You have a background in logistics or commerce and possess good analytical skills. You demonstrate rigor and have a service-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable with digital tools, you master MS Office and ideally SAP.
- Autonomous, flexible, and proactive, you enjoy working in a team and coordinating concrete projects.
