Your Responsibilities
- Processing of creditor invoices including invoicing and internal billing
- Checking of cash protocols as well as reconciliation of invoices, delivery notes, and weighbridge tickets
- Control of daily reports and follow-up in the time recording system
- Creation and maintenance of material statistics
- General administrative tasks for various companies as well as deputizing in the areas of administration, RCO, and Dewaglo
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in administration, invoicing, as well as creditor/debtor accounting is an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills and confident handling of ERP systems
- Precise, structured, and independent working style
- Resilient, reliable, and team-oriented personality
