You enjoy competently advising managers, acting as an HR sparring partner on equal footing, and actively shaping a modern, professional working environment? Then you are exactly right with us.
Your main tasks:
- Comprehensive support and advice for managers and employees throughout the entire HR lifecycle (excluding payroll)
- Support of the line in labor law, personnel, and salary-related issues
- Accompanying HR cases such as status assessments, warnings, and dismissals
- Independent handling of HR administration, including writing interim and work certificates
- Responsibility for recruiting various profiles from job posting to contract creation
- Close cooperation with the Payroll Service Center and other internal interfaces
Your profile:
- Federal HR specialist certificate (HR specialist) or equivalent recognized HR further education
- Several years of professional experience (approx. 5–7 years) in a comparable generalist HR role, ideally in a complex environment
- Strong consulting and communication skills as well as a confident appearance towards managers
- High service and customer orientation combined with assertiveness
- Enjoyment in dealing with people from different hierarchical levels
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills are an advantage
