Construction Manager or Junior Construction Manager 80-100%
On 7,000 square meters, a pioneering center for innovation and meeting is being created in La Punt, offering space for creativity, collaboration, and sustainable development. The project combines modern architecture with the landscape features of Engadin and includes a sustainable building with seminar rooms, hotel rooms, apartments, restaurants, shopping facilities, and sports facilities.

Job description:
You already have experience in the planning and construction world and want to be involved in the realization of the work on the construction site and develop further?
In this position, you support the Head of Realization in controlling and optimizing the construction process, assist with tendering and awarding, and accompany the work from the start of construction to commissioning. You participate in creating schedules and support cost control and compliance with contract conditions.
What we expect from you:
Training as an architect or construction manager
Background as a carpenter or joiner and specialization in timber construction is an advantage
2-3 years of experience in construction management in Switzerland
Solid knowledge of construction law, construction processes, and relevant standards
Good communication skills and assertiveness
Independent, careful, and proactive working style with a focus on essentials
Very good IT skills with industry-standard tools
Good German skills, additional language skills are an advantage
