Occupational Medicine, Allergology, Cardiology, Gynecology, Pediatrics, Psychotherapy, and Health Promotion.

Support our medical practice staff as a Department Head (80% - 100%) in Occupational Medicine as a Medical Practice Assistant / MPK Practice Management Direction.
Your area of responsibility includes the following tasks:
As a leader, you support your team through clear goal setting, regular feedback, and fostering individual strengths.
You lead meetings and take minutes.
You are the contact person for companies, organization, and planning of new assignments.
You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of occupational medical examinations.
You organize external assignments in occupational medicine.
You invoice the occupational medical assignments/examinations.
You work in practice administration and manage the electronic agenda and correspondence with
doctors and patients and handle billing.
You support the doctors in administrative and organizational matters.
What you bring:
You have completed training as a medical practice assistant with leadership experience, ideally with leadership training.
You are service-oriented and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
You have a high level of communication skills and team orientation.
You are an organizational talent and enjoy further developing structures and processes.
