Senior Project Manager Public Fundraising Direct Mailings (80-100%)

Your area of responsibility

  • Main responsibility for mailings (offline) in the area of public fundraising
  • Production of mailings and distribution in cooperation with the agency and other external service providers
  • Project management of the year-end campaign "Glück Inklusiv"
  • Organization of events to maintain and develop donor relationships
  • Collaboration in the conception and implementation of donor journeys for public donors on- and offline touchpoints in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordination and organization of direct mailings for our cantonal offices
  • Editorial planning and implementation for the donation magazine "aktuell"
  • Controlling, reporting with budget responsibility
  • Database: selections, mutations, data maintenance, evaluation, reporting

Your profile

  • Commercial basic training and/or bachelor’s degree with a focus on economics, marketing or sales
  • Further training in business administration, marketing or fundraising
  • At least three to four years of professional experience in public fundraising
  • Solid experience in project management
  • Native German speaker, good French skills, Italian an advantage
  • Experience in CRM databases
  • Service-oriented thinking and acting as well as an independent and precise way of working
