The professional services and various forms of housing are used by up to 330 experienced seniors. At our two locations Kreuzlingen and Bottighofen, we implement contemporary care and support concepts. We are guided by the principles of family-centered care and palliative care. Your Challenge
- Production and preparation of meals as well as plating of daily, vegetarian, and weekly menus
- Support at various events and occasions (e.g., brunch, holiday meals, various cold and warm buffets, as well as the traditional Öpfelchüechlimarkt)
- Recognizing the connections between nutrition, health, and illness
- Independent task fulfillment while adhering to economic and ecological aspects
- General assistance in the kitchen team including carrying out cleaning tasks
- Compliance with general food processing guidelines, HACCP hygiene regulations, and the hygiene concept
- Shift work with duties between 7:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.
- Participation in team meetings
Our Desired Profile
- Resilient, humorous, and dynamic personality with successfully completed training as a Cook EFZ
- Experience in upscale catering in a hospital or nursing home environment desired
- Catering experience is an advantage
- Empathetic, open, reliable, and humorous team personality
- Driver's license category B
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
