Clerical Work in HRM and Finance Department (m/f/d) 40-60%
Your tasks – versatile and practical
In this role, you will support the HR management and finance department in administrative tasks:
- Processing of creditors and debtors
- Booking banks and managing the internal cash register
- Managing the key and locking system
- Assisting with budget planning
- Supporting payroll processing
- Creating and processing absence management for sickness and accident reports
- Close collaboration with the finance managers
Your profile – structured, responsible, and open
You bring the necessary expertise – and a holistic view:
- Completed commercial training
- Knowledge in finance and/or HR area
- Ideally knowledge in the healthcare sector
- Technical affinity and strong interest in implementing digital solutions
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
