• Supervision and development of the "Safety & Security Operations" team
• Ensure 24/7 operational availability and contribute to the continuous development of the centralized alarm reception center (SOC) and the security systems connected to it
• Implement and develop access control and visitor management guidelines, in close collaboration with zone managers and site reception staff
• Support plant managers in planning and coordinating their local security organizations and emergency management
• Manage the central badge office aimed at controlling access and passage between zones
• Organize and monitor temporary security arrangements during events and demonstrations
• Support and plan the intervention of external specialists for specific security tasks
• Ensure maintenance and development of local security organizations and emergency management
• Monitor key performance indicators relevant to security (event statistics)
• Completed ongoing training in the field of security (e.g., security specialist, security officer), ideally complemented by further training in leadership or security management
• Several years of experience in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of security management and alert and intervention organizations
• Several years of experience in supplier management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure, decisiveness, and high availability
• Availability for on-call duty, night work, and team work during major events or demonstrations

Native French or German speaker with good knowledge of the other language; good knowledge of English is an asset
