• Take on the personnel, technical, financial, and strategic leadership of the Heat Acquisition department.
• Create and sustainably establish efficient and customer-oriented acquisition processes.
• Develop new heat solutions based on customer needs together with product management.
• Co-design creative campaigns as well as plan and conduct information events and product presentations.
• Be responsible for achieving the goals for house connections in the heat sector.

• Proven success in customer acquisition combined with a good sense of market trends.
• You already lead with passion – with your positive attitude, you achieve the balance between enabling and asserting.
• Your educational background includes a completed economic or technical degree at least at the FH level.
• Confident appearance and enjoyment in convincing customers with strong presentations.
• Your network in the region is broad, and you know how to build sustainable relationships.
