OrBunt - this is our motto for this year. Our daily work with our students is colorful.
The primary school Orpund tries to meet the educational and demographic challenges by having teachers work closely and interdisciplinarily together and by taking new paths regarding teaching. With innovative spirit and above all with a lot of heart for our task and for the child, we "give" school. We try to learn from failure - for example, we have developed our "islands," which today support staff and difficult child situations.
The municipality of Orpund is a neighbor of the city of Biel/Bienne, and at the primary school, almost 300 children are taught in 15 classes by 55 teachers. Teachers, janitorial staff, classroom assistants, secretariat, and school management see themselves together as companions for the learning environment and the learning tasks of the children. Tasks
- You are responsible as a school special education teacher for all tasks of special education within a cluster (several classes): planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of special education teaching.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration in multiprofessional teams.
- Participation in projects for teaching and school development.
Requirements
- You basically think and act systemically.
- You are humorous, keep the 5-i straight, and have a positive outlook on life.
- You are a pronounced team player and know your role as a special education teacher in interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Your special education attitude is characterized by curiosity about learning, interest in professional exchange within the special education teacher team, and joy in networking between school, parents, and professional institutions.
- And of course: You have a MAS in school special education, are in training for it, or have many years of practical experience in this field and can demonstrate specific further training.
