This position offers you
- You develop and implement internal communication content, narratives, and formats – from intranet posts to newsletters to leadership messages or podcasts – ensuring employees are well informed and engaged
- You support communication between the CEO, executive management, and internal target groups, helping to ensure messages are clear, understandable, and consistent
- You ensure the content direction and consistency of communication across departments and locations and work closely with People & Culture, IT, and other functions on tools and platforms
- You develop proactive and reactive external communication narratives that strengthen our corporate strategy and convincingly position V‑ZUG externally
- You manage media relations – from media inquiries and interviews to press materials – and create professional content such as press releases, statements, Q&As, speeches, or other corporate contributions
- You monitor media coverage and reputation issues, derive fields of action from them, and support relevant measures
- You coordinate internal and external company events and contribute to communication formats that strengthen dialogue and visibility
- You lead or work on important corporate communications projects, e.g., publications, photoshoots, or campaigns, and coordinate external agencies and service providers
- You contribute to guidelines, tools, and preparation for crisis communication and support the monitoring of issues as well as coordinated responses in sensitive situations
You bring the following to the position
- In addition to a degree in communication sciences and business administration at university or university of applied sciences level, you have at least six years of experience in corporate communication, internal or external communication – ideally in a dynamic corporate environment or in international or matrix organizations
- You have strong writing and storytelling skills and know how to prepare content clearly, precisely, and effectively for different target groups
- You have experience working with media and diverse stakeholders and navigate confidently in demanding communication situations
- You make well-founded decisions, use your discretion responsibly, and always act according to high ethical standards
- You work pragmatically, hands-on, and result-oriented and keep an overview even with multiple parallel tasks
- You think structurally, work reliably, and can translate complex contexts into understandable and relevant messages
- You are a cooperative team player who feels comfortable in organizational complexity and collaborates effectively across functions
- You communicate fluently in German and English, both written and spoken; French is a plus

As Senior Corporate Communications Manager, you support the Head of Corporate Communications & Investor Relations in designing, aligning, and implementing clear, consistent, and credible communication across V-ZUG. You connect internal communication with external corporate communication including media relations and community engagement and contribute to strengthening and protecting our reputation among employees, media, partners, and the public in Switzerland as well as selected international markets. You translate complex content into precise messages, create orientation in a dynamic environment, and thus ensure a shared understanding of our strategic priorities.
