Clerk Municipal Office / Resident Control 80-100%
Your tasks
- Advice and information for residents, authorities, and other official offices at the counter and by phone
- Processing the resident register including the dog register
- Issuing certificates and documents
- Checking health insurance obligation according to legal requirements
- Operating the telephone switchboard
- Managing the main cash desk
- Supervising the lost and found office
- Supporting the management of the municipality's own social media channels
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training, preferably in a municipal administration
- Solid professional experience in resident control
- Very good oral and written expression in German
- Good foreign language skills
- Confident handling of IT systems, especially MS Office, experience with resident control systems such as VRSG/Loganto or Innosolv is an advantage
