Working hours: Mon-Fri between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., without room hour and without weekend work

Your main tasks:

• Mise-en-place and conducting breakfast, lunch, and dinner events as well as aperitifs
• Food and beverage service in the meeting rooms
• Inspection of rooms and meeting rooms in the customer and employee areas
• Managing the material warehouse
• Ordering drinks and materials
• General cleaning tasks in the kitchen and cafeteria 
• Checking and managing the tea kitchens in the absence of the responsible team
• Supporting the team management in organizing hourly wage temporary staff and in general administrative tasks

Your profile:

• Professional experience in a comparable role in gastronomy, catering, hospitality, or similar
• Very good German and English skills 
• Good PC skills (MS Office)
• Structured, independent, and organized way of working
• High customer orientation and teamwork skills 
• Flexibility for day and evening shifts
• Impeccable reputation
