Your challenge
- You are responsible for the timely and high-quality processing of all mandatory and voluntary corporate actions
- Booking of dividends, interest as well as repayments of bonds, documents, and structured products
- You procure and provide information on capital market measures
- Monitoring of deadlines and ensuring correct recording in the Avaloq banking system
- You actively participate in process optimizations and are co-responsible for their implementation
Your profile
- Completed banking apprenticeship or commercial training as well as at least three years of professional experience in the area of corporate actions are advantageous
- Sound expertise in securities processes and settlement systems is a prerequisite
- Experience with the banking software Avaloq is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of international tax law regarding interest and dividend payments (withholding tax deductions, double taxation agreements) is an advantage
- Confident German and English skills, both spoken and written
