About the job

• You share joint responsibility for the entire finance and accounting, fee management, as well as operational controlling. This particularly includes ensuring the budget process and the annual financial statement, preparing statistics and reports, recording and evaluating key figures, as well as the continuous development of cost accounting.
• You analyze complex issues in the area of cost accounting, conduct the necessary research, and derive well-founded decision-making bases from it.
• You implement overarching defined financial processes, ensure their compliance, and further develop complementary processes within your area of responsibility.
• As a member of the management team, you take co-responsibility for the overall organization and actively contribute your financial, organizational, and strategic perspective to the further development of the organization.

• You have a university of applied sciences or university degree or an equivalent qualification in finance and accounting, as well as additional training or further education in business administration.
• You bring several years of professional and leadership experience and navigate confidently in complex organizational and political contexts.
• You have good knowledge of administration and political processes and communicate appropriately and clearly to the target audience.
• You think entrepreneurially, act responsibly, and combine assertiveness with a strong service orientation.
