HR Learning Coordinator Intern/temporary 80-100%
Your responsibilities
- Execute tasks for new learning structures, training programs, and system updates
- Prepare, upload, and validate training data in the LMS
- Maintain training records and documentation in alignment with compliance and audit requirements
- Collaborate with Learning Managers to meet project timelines
- Set up and maintain Learning Items, Curricula, Assignments, Content Objects and training activities
- Manage user Learning Plans
- Conduct data quality checks to ensure audit-readiness for inspections (e.g., ISO 13485, MDR audits)
- Prepare training reports and data summaries for project leads and stakeholders
- Support internal customers by responding to LMS and training‑related requests
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and data quality
Your qualifications
- Strong IT and data administration skills, especially in MS Office (Excel)
- Experience with Learning Management Systems; SuccessFactors (SFLMS) is a plus but not required
- High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
- Comfortable working with structured workflows and administrative processes
- Interest in working in a regulated industry (medical devices, pharma, biotech, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Supportive and costumer centric mindset
- Reliable, proactive, and enjoys working independently while being a positive, supportive team player
