What you can achieve
- Responsibility for the maintenance, cleaning, and care of school facilities (buildings, interiors, outdoor areas including winter service)
- Monitoring and ensuring the operational safety of technical systems
- Organization and execution of small repairs and craft work
- Coordination and supervision of external craft companies
- Support with moves, events, and school occasions
- Participation in the emergency and safety concept (fire protection, first aid, evacuations)
- Organization of materials, tools, and consumables (orders, inventory management)
- Training of apprentices in the profession of Facility Maintenance Specialist EFZ / EBA or PrA, including planning, supervision, and promotion of practical work

- Completed vocational training
- Federal specialist certificate as a caretaker
- Trainer for facility maintenance professionals
- Enjoyment in contact with children and young people with intellectual or cognitive disabilities
- Willingness to cooperate with teaching, therapy, and care staff

- Resilience and organizational talent
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Driver's license
