As a SPA receptionist, you are the first point of contact for our guests and ensure with your positive charisma that relaxation begins as soon as they arrive.
Your tasks:You are the heart of our SPA reception – with overview, warmth, and the aim to provide every guest with a completely positive experience:
- Active guest care and consultation – you are the first contact person and create a feel-good atmosphere
- Appointment organization for SPA treatments and services
- Active product sales & cross-selling of high-quality SPA products
- Confident handling of the SPA software TAC as well as the hotel program Protel
- Telephone service and coordination of inquiries and appointments
- Competent advice on our SPA treatments at Stock Diamond Spa
- Co-responsibility for implementing the SPA concept as well as for order, cleanliness, safety & hygiene throughout the SPA area
You convince with your personality, organizational talent, and joy in dealing with people:
- Outgoing, guest-oriented personality with a warm demeanor
- Good communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- Open nature, willingness to learn, and motivation for personal development
- Well-groomed, professional appearance
- Enthusiasm, commitment, and a positive basic attitude
- Very good German and English skills
- Completed training in cosmetics or massage is an advantage
- Professional and technical knowledge, ideally in a comparable hotel category, is desirable
