What you will do here
- Develop UX and UI elements within a large software project for the BFH-wide performance and deployment planning tool (LEP)
- Plan and conduct workshops to validate the user experience and to digitize processes
- Independently handle versatile tasks and benefit from flexible working hours as well as home office
- Participate in team events, hackdays, and peer programming sessions
- Work in an inspired, innovative, and dynamic team
What you ideally bring with you
- Completed bachelor's degree in this field and skills in creating UX and UI designs with experience in relevant tools (e.g., Figma)
- A design education at bachelor level or an equivalent apprenticeship in a related field
- Knowledge in optimizing usability, performance, and ensuring compatibility across different browsers and devices
- Teamwork skills, high communication willingness, and reliability
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as well as experience in developing and maintaining user interfaces for web applications
- Interest and joy in learning new technologies and libraries, as well as willingness for continuous development and learning new trends in UX-UI and front-end areas
