To ensure the proper technical management and maintenance of our buildings located in the Geneva area, we are looking for our future:

• Ensure and perform tasks related to the cleanliness of the client site premises 
• Technical supervision of buildings: ensure the proper functioning, maintenance, and compliance of technical installations (heating, ventilation, electricity, fire safety, etc.).
•  Management and coordination of external service providers: planning, monitoring, and control of interventions by contracted companies (maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.).
• Monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance operations: implementation and follow-up of maintenance schedules, management of technical emergencies, and monitoring of intervention reports.
• Supervision and support of concierges: work organization, monitoring service quality, and technical support on site.
•  Management of small works and repairs: organization of internal interventions and control of completed works.
• Administrative and technical follow-up: management of maintenance contracts, budget monitoring of technical costs, and regular reporting to management.
• Safety and compliance: ensuring compliance with safety standards, especially fire safety, and coordinating regulatory inspections.
