Workplace: Office in Dietikon and Home Office
Your mission:
The Customer Care Agent makes an important contribution to the company's success. In this position, you are there for our customers by phone and in writing, take their orders and concerns, and put a smile on their faces.
What you can achieve with us:
- Receiving, processing, and implementing general customer requests by mail, email, and phone
- Central point of contact (SPOC) for internal and external customers regarding order entries, returns, and backorders
- Telephone and written advice to internal and external customers regarding product portfolio, webshop, delivery availability as well as special orders
- Active sales of telephone promotions in compliance with guidelines
- Various administrative tasks (documentation, invoice coding, customer letters, etc.)
- Participation in internal and external training/sessions
Your superpowers and achievements:
- Completed commercial training or similar field advantageous
- Experience in call center or customer service advantageous
- Enjoyment of telephone customer contact, high service orientation
- You speak business fluent German. English, French advantageous
- Good MS Office skills and digital affinity
- Open-minded, flexible, and resilient personality
- Organized, precise, and structured way of working
