Your tasks:
- Qualification of leads and strong technical consulting via phone and MS Teams
- Independent handling of customer inquiries and orders with a high level of service orientation
- Implementation of projects in close cooperation with the relevant interfaces
- Coordination of technical implementation with customers and international partners
- Technical advice and support for GRESSEL sales technicians
- Active participation in building and maintaining long-term business relationships
- Monitoring project progress to ensure timely implementation
Your profile:
- Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic, further training as a technician HF
- Professional experience in the field of machining
- Experience in technical sales or internal sales
- Very good German skills and good English skills in spoken and written form
- Strong team orientation and motivating, high social competence and strong customer orientation
- Ability to plan complex projects in a structured manner and implement them successfully
- Confident handling of MS 365, SAP knowledge desirable
