The Fribourg Network for Mental Health (FNPG) is administratively assigned to the Directorate of Health and Social Affairs. The FNPG is a medical, nursing, and psychosocial competence center specializing in psychiatry and psychotherapy and, in a broader sense, in mental health.
The bilingual FNPG is continuously evolving and stays up to date in the therapeutic field.

Your tasks

• Organization, planning, and coordination of the kitchen and cafeteria activities; defining the tasks, priorities, and goals of the service;
• Responsibility for purchasing and inventory management; monitoring orders and adjusting expenses to the specified budget;
• Active participation in cross-departmental work and projects of the FNPG operational services;
• Supervision, support, and evaluation of teams, promoting independence, responsibility, and competence development of employees;
• Ensuring a constructive working environment based on trust and mutual respect.

Desired profile

• Chef EFZ with additional federal specialist certificate
• At least five years of proven professional experience in managing a catering operation
• Strong social skills and proven leadership experience
• Confidence in using common IT applications, ideally Calcmenu
• Very good French skills with knowledge of German
