Temporary Help Application Workshop (fixed-term, 20-40%)
Welcome to the Zweckverband Soziales Netz Bezirk Horgen (SNH). We provide social services for young people and adults, including in the area of labor integration. The team for initial integration and reintegration supports young people and adults in career orientation and in the search for (apprenticeship) positions.
We are looking immediately until about the end of May for support for our various application workshops on four half-days (Monday morning, Wednesday all day, and Thursday morning).
The 40% position could also be split between two people. Please indicate possible working hours and workload in your application.
Your tasks
- Assisting in small group coaching on topics related to job searching
- Accompanying and supporting participants in the application workshop
- Reviewing application documents for currency, correctness, and layout
- Supporting participants in job searching and creating application letters
- Supporting participants with emails, internet searches, online applications, and file management
You bring
- Fluency in written expression and correct German spelling
- Very good IT user skills in Word and file management
- Enjoyment in working with unemployed persons
- A dose of patience, humor, and assertiveness
