To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Manager Legal Operations, Partnerships & Sustainability 50-70%
Your area of responsibility includes the following tasks:
- Initial legal analysis and advice on operational issues in the resort, especially in contract management.
- Review, evaluation, and management of contracts as well as creation and updating of contract templates in German and English.
- Support of the Director of Finance and department heads with legal inquiries and interface to external legal advisors.
- Organization and maintenance of legal cases and documents in the DMS (M-Files).
- Preparation of English-language memos for the owner company.
- Participation in compliance, data protection, and sustainability projects, including coordination of external consultants.
For this position, you ideally bring a legal education, e.g., a Bachelor of Science in Business Law or a paralegal qualification, as well as several years of professional experience. Alternatively, a commercial apprenticeship with vocational baccalaureate or commercial school or an equivalent basic education is possible. You have at least two years of experience as a paralegal, either in a law firm or in-house, and work very precisely and carefully. Linguistically, you convince with excellent German skills, good English skills (at least B2), and basic knowledge of French (B1 or better). Experience in project management is an advantage.
