What you will move with us
- You take responsibility for inpatient and outpatient reporting – from scanning and formatting to content review, as well as sending and closing cases.
- You perform controlling tasks and ensure compliance with all relevant deadlines.
- You handle correspondence (phone, mail, email) with internal and external contacts.
- You relieve ward and senior physicians of all administrative tasks and take on holiday cover within the team.
- You organize and plan outpatient consultations and ensure smooth processes.

- because you have completed your basic medical training in a hospital and bring the completed training as a medical secretary – a mandatory requirement for this position.
- with your very good knowledge of Office programs, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, which are central for this position.
