The Open Youth Work of the Catholic Church City of Lucerne is aimed at ALL young people aged approximately 11 to 16 years and aims to strengthen the personal responsibility of young people and promote their self-efficacy. It supports, advises, encourages, and coaches when necessary. In five youth centers, young people have a place to meet, exchange ideas, and realize projects. They find contact persons who support them in managing their lives and receive inspiration and support for the realization of their own ideas and projects. We are looking for a youth worker (50 - 60% workload) for the location in the Würzenbach district (Parish of St. John) starting 01.11.2025 or by arrangement. What are your tasks?

- Managing and operating the youth center "Bunker" (every Friday)
- Accompanying, informing, and providing low-threshold counseling to young people
- Planning and implementing projects based on sociocultural approaches
