Your tasks
In this versatile role, you support our company in personnel, administrative, and organizational matters. Your area of responsibility includes in particular:
- Independent participation in the entire recruitment process (advertisements, pre-selection, coordination of interviews)
- Creation and management of employment contracts as well as contract changes
- Issuing employment and interim certificates
- Contact person for time tracking and administrative support in absence management
- Support of trainees
- Organization and coordination of company events (e.g., barbecue party, Christmas party)
- Preparation of the meeting room
- Reception and telephone switchboard support
- Administrative and organizational support of management
- General administrative tasks in daily business
Your profile
- Completed commercial training with further education in the HR field
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable all-round or HR function is an advantage
- Very good organizational skills and an independent, structured way of working
- Service-oriented, friendly, and discreet personality
- Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; good English skills are an advantage
