Your tasks
- Case management and coordination in the field of work integration
- Conducting counseling and interdisciplinary status meetings
- Collaboration with internal and external work and production companies
- Assessment of employability and joint discussion and development of realistic vocational perspectives
- Responsibility for conducting the internal application workshop
- Information processing and report writing
- Contact and networking with employers in the primary labor market
- Active participation in departments, working groups, and committees
Your profile
You are a professional with experience in vocational integration, ideally in the implementation of measures by the disability insurance. You have a degree in social work or a comparable education, optionally with further training in coaching. A good network in the primary labor market is an advantage. You approach work with a lot of energy and enjoy teamwork. You attend the weekly team meeting on Wednesdays. A category B driving license is required.
