What you will do here
- Design and lead continuing education programs focusing on mediation and conflict management (including budget and personnel planning, evaluation, supervision and assessment of final theses, participation in marketing of continuing education programs)
- Teach in the continuing education programs in the subject area
- Acquire and lead development and service projects in the subject area according to interest and suitability
- Help shape the strategic direction of the institute
What you ideally bring with you
- MSc in Social Work, Psychology, Law or related field of study
- MAS in Mediation or equivalent further education
- Proven expertise and extensive practical experience in mediation and conflict management
- Experience in leading and teaching continuing education programs as well as further education in university didactics (or willingness to complete this)
- Knowledge of the systemic and hypnosystemic approach and/or willingness to further educate yourself in this
- Independent working style, very good work organization, pronounced communication skills
