Your Tasks
- Independent execution of assembly activities in the field of mechatronics
- Assembly of mechanical and simple electromechanical assemblies according to technical drawings and work instructions
- Carrying out functional tests and mechanical adjustments
- Ensuring compliance with all quality requirements and timely completion of assemblies
- Achieving and permanently maintaining a high quality standard through careful and structured work
- Implementation of specifications from internal manuals, procedural instructions, and relevant standards and regulations
- Co-responsibility for order, cleanliness, and occupational safety at the workplace
- Support in optimizing assembly processes and continuous improvement measures
- Documentation of work steps in the ERP system
Your Profile
- Career changers with manual skills, dexterity, and technical understanding
- Initial professional experience in assembling mechanical and electromechanical assemblies desirable
- Quality awareness, reliability, and independent working style
- Teamwork skills and willingness for continuous improvement
- Basic knowledge of SAP and MS Office advantageous
