Main Responsibilities
- Further development of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM): You support the CRO in the continuous improvement and integration of risk management to identify potential risks early and mitigate them effectively.
- Establishing and further developing a risk appetite: In close collaboration with the departments, you will develop a risk appetite for FINMA. You will develop appropriate metrics and ensure their monitoring.
- Advising the management, the audit and risk committee, and the board of directors: You will prepare risk reports on the risk appetite for the management and the board of directors.
- Exchange with other control functions: You maintain close communication with other control functions and ensure that the implementation of risk management measures is coordinated.
- Support and training of the departments: You will train internal teams and raise their awareness of relevant risk management processes and tools.
Profile
- You have a university or university of applied sciences degree with a business background or comparable education and training.
- You have at least 10-15 years of experience in risk management, ideally in the financial sector or a regulated environment.
- You have excellent communication skills at the management level, including the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- You are pragmatic and can make, represent, and implement fact-based decisions.
- You are proactive, team-oriented, communicative, and decisive.
- You have very good German skills (C2) and good French skills.
