Your tasks

Medical and nursing care of patients (m/f/d) in the area care
Collaboration with other professional groups in the sense of patient-oriented care
Consultation and support of patients (m/f/d) as well as relatives
Preparation, monitoring and follow-up of diagnostic and therapeutic measures
Participation in projects such as "Dementia-sensitive hospital", "Ward of the Future", as well as the possibility to initiate projects

Your profile

Successfully completed training as a health and nursing nurse, health and pediatric nurse (m/f/d), nursing specialist or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
Committed and team-oriented personality
High level of social competence and empathy

Proficient handling of clinic-specific IT systems
