About the job
As the daily person in charge, you support and accompany the team through the workday and demonstrate your organizational skills. You are in direct contact with relatives, trusted persons, and other interfaces. You take responsibility for professional care and support of our residents. You help to shape the care processes in the long term. You independently organize your area of expertise applying professional and internal standards and guidelines.
As an RAI Supervisor, together with our RAI expert, you take responsibility for the proper application of the interRAI LTCF instrument. You work on the implementation and review of the internal interRAI LTCF process, support the care team, and design care plans. You ensure correct and comprehensible coding. Furthermore, you monitor and analyze RAI-specific and medical quality indicators. In addition, you are the contact person for health insurance companies and responsible for audits.
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- Further training as RAI Supervisor
- Modern understanding of care and high social competence
- Empathetic and appreciative interaction
- Professional handling of complex situations
- Enjoy sharing knowledge as well as promoting and supporting employees

- Electronic nursing documentation is standard with us
- Financial and/or time support for internal and external training and further education
- 5 weeks vacation, 6 weeks from age 45, 7 weeks from age 55
