Mobile HVAC Maintenance Technician (a)

Your tasks:
- Ensure the operation, preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC installations (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration) to guarantee comfort, safety, availability, and energy efficiency of buildings.
- Daily operation: rounds, readings, adjustments, and optimization of air handling units, boilers, heat pumps, chillers, cooling towers, monoblocks, hydraulic networks.
- Preventive & corrective maintenance: diagnostics, filter changes, belts, bearings, sensors; cleaning coils; lubrication; aerodynamic/hydraulic balancing; minor mechanical/electrical repairs.
- Troubleshooting / on-call duty: rapid intervention on BMS alarms, fault finding (electric/automation/fluid), safe recommissioning.
- Energy measurement & optimization: monitoring consumption, setpoint adjustments, implementation of saving actions (VAV, water laws, schedules), improvement proposals (retrofit of inverters, regulation).
- Compliance & safety: application of safety rules (working at heights, chemicals, legionella), keeping registers and maintenance plans.
- Subcontractors & audits: occasional management of specialists (balancing, refrigeration), technical acceptance, regulatory controls, resolution of reservations.
- Documentation: CMMS (stocks, reports), updating diagrams, checklists, prevention plans.
- Client/user relations: clear information, priority management, satisfaction follow-up.
Your profile:
- Federal VET diploma in building technology or equivalent.
- Very good knowledge of the French language.
- Several years of experience in a similar position.
- Driving license mandatory.
- Reading of aerodynamic/hydraulic/electrical diagrams and P&ID.
- Methodical troubleshooting: measurements (ΔP, ΔT, currents), root cause analysis.
- Basics of automation/regulation (PID, sensors, actuators, bus).
- Good level of safety (lockout/tagout, chemicals, cooling towers).
- Service & energy orientation (you like it when kWh go down).
