- Ensuring cost guarantee for patients with foreign insurance coverage
- Creating outpatient cost estimates
- Processing rejections
- Maintaining master data and all administrative tasks arising in patient billing
- Contact person for internal and external offices for professional, tariff-related, and system-technical inquiries
Your Profile
- Medical or commercial training with professional experience and expertise in outpatient patient billing or service processing of health or accident insurance
- In-depth knowledge of the tariff systems Tarmed, Tardoc as well as medical terminology
- Flexible, resilient, responsible personality
- Independent working style
- Proficiency in German, good knowledge of MS Office programs and preferably system experience
