The Sales Support (Delivery Management), Business Development CDMO ensures the smooth transition of client engagements from the sales process to project delivery within the Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) sector. This role provides critical operational and logistical support, coordinating between sales, project management, and operational teams to ensure client expectations are met efficiently and accurately. By managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, the Sales Support (Delivery Management) enhances team performance, strengthens client relationships, and contributes to overall business success.
Responsibilities:

Ensures a smooth transition of client projects from the sales team to project management and operations by organizing onboarding activities and aligning on expectations.

Collaborates with sales, project management, and delivery teams to ensure accurate implementation of client agreements and timely execution of deliverables.

Prepares, maintains, and distributes necessary documents, including proposals, contracts, project timelines, and status reports, ensuring all stakeholders have the required information.

Acts as a communication bridge between sales, operations, and clients to address queries, resolve issues, and maintain alignment on project progress.

Identifies potential bottlenecks or conflicts in project delivery and works proactively with teams to resolve issues promptly.

Monitors adherence to organizational quality processes and regulatory requirements, ensuring deliverables meet client and industry standards.

Tracks and analyzes delivery performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to the business development team.

Assists in preparing and finalizing proposals, agreements, and contracts to ensure alignment with client needs and organizational goals.

Skilled in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ERP platforms, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) for tracking and coordination.
