Microdul AG in Zurich City, with around 100 employees, specializes in high-quality microelectronics with three business areas: Modules, Semiconductors, and Thick Film. Our core competence lies in the development and production of miniaturized electronic circuits, realized in close collaboration with our customers - mainly in medical technology. As part of the realignment of our IT organization and the upcoming introduction of our new ERP system, we are looking for you by arrangement for the newly created position, which reports directly to management. You will be supported by a team of 3 employees.
Your Tasks
- In collaboration with management and external partners, you develop the IT strategy and implement it purposefully
- You support and optimize our new systems (Proalpha), which are about to be introduced (ERP/MES/CAQ)
- You are responsible for the IT infrastructure and ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations and standards, especially IT security & data protection. In addition, you manage and monitor IT projects (goals/schedule/budget)
- Analysis of business requirements, specification, and optimization of IT processes
- Support in creating reports/evaluations/forms (Qlik, Proalpha, DMS Profile)
Who We Are Looking For
- Completed education (FH/HF) in computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in designing and implementing modern IT systems & processes (ERP consulting/support of an SME in electronics manufacturing / medtech industry)
- Analytical and structured working style, enthusiasm for actively driving change
- Fluent German and English skills
- Customer-oriented and communicative personality. Hands-on, independent
practical problem solving and enjoyment in working with historically grown systems
