Your tasks
- Operate and monitor automatic CNCs Centers and fully automatic assembly line machines to ensure efficient and qualitive production of the parts.
- Quality controls of the parts with manual gauges.
- Adjust and Change of Cutting tools at the CNCs
- Inspect assembled parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications; make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of Machining & assembly to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and product quality.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, machine performance, and quality inspections.
Your profile
- Prior experience in operating automatic CNCs and assembly lines or similar machinery in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Basic mechanical skills and understanding of machining & assembly processes; ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality parts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift heavy objects as needed.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
